Homemade Chunky Turkey Burgers
Ingredients:
1 1b lean turkey mince
1 small onion, grated
3 grated small courgettes or carrots
1 tsp grated fresh root ginger (optional)
1 egg yolk
1 tsp soy sauce (optional)
salt and pepper to taste

Method:
This is so easy – and healthy too. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and divide into four. Shape into rounds and put in fridge until ready to grill. Preheat grill to a medium setting. Cook for around seven minutes each side before serving in the baps. Why not add homemade potato wedges tossed in herbs of your choice to complete this nutritious family meal?
