Placing an order

We have worked hard to make buying from us as easy as possible. Please follow the simple steps outlined here to order your meat.
Remember, you can cancel or change your order at any time.
1. Find what you’re looking for
Browse our mouth-watering selections of meat by using the categories listed in the top left hand corner of each page. Or, if you prefer, search the whole site by typing your preferred word or phrase in the box in the top right hand corner.
2. Put stuff in your basket!
Tell us how many of each item you want by putting a number into the quantity box within the product information table.
Click on ‘Buy Now’ to make your choice. This takes you to your shopping basket where you can check the produce chosen.
If you want to carry on, simply click on the ‘Continue Shopping’ button at the foot of the page.
If you want to remove an item from your basket, clear the quantity box and click the ‘Recalculate’ button at the foot of the page.
You can keep an eye on what’s in your basket and their total cost on the right side of each page.
3. Don’t forget postage and packing…
£2.99 on all smaller orders.
FREE on all orders over £100.00.
To start the process, simply click where it says ‘checkout’ underneath your basket total.
Here, you can choose the delivery day and delivery zone. Notice the calendar has a date marked in black (today) and another coloured blue. This is the earliest date on which we can deliver your order. Just click your preferred date which will then be highlighted in blue.
Now click the ‘Continue’ button. You will now see the cost of delivering your order.
Here you will then be promoted to opt in or out of our AM delivery service, whereby you can have your goods delivered before 1pm on your selected delivery day for just an additional £3.50.
When you are satisfied, click on the ‘Proceed to checkout’ button.

What if I may be out when my order arrives?
It’s essential that you let us know so that we can pass on the right instructions to the courier.
Please provide an alternative delivery address such as a neighbour, or a cool safe place to leave your box such as a patio or garage. We do not except responsibility for any goods once they have been left at the property following instructions provided.
Please enter these details instructions in the “Additional Message Field ” provided in the checkout process. You can also add other information, such as directions for locating your address, if you feel these are needed.

4. Finally, pay!
Continue and you will be able to choose to pay by Credit Card, Debit Card or PayPal
Follow on the onscreen prompts and don’t forget to pop any messages in the‘Additional Message Field ’.
When you have checked everything you want is in your basket and your details are correct please click ‘Done click here to pay’.

Please note payments made by e-cheque will not be dispatched till the e-cheque has cleared.
