Wonderful roasting joints from the forequarter that has a slightly sweet flavour. These cuts are perfect for roasting. Naturally moist and is often found to be a butchers favourite.
These joints can be cut into 4 half joints at no extra cost if you require. Simply select "Cut into 2" from the product option menu above.
