A traditional bacon joint, boneless collar cut. A slightly leaner cut that the forehock joint but still as versatile in cooking methods. An ideal cold meat for sandwiches but also a beautiful dish roasted served wit fresh parsley sauce.

I cooked this in my Slow Cooker and it was fantastic. Very moist and full of flavour. My family were visiting at the time and said it was the best they had tasted. "Do it again Mum" was their final comment!
