Supermarket Pork Recipe (see more)
Hi, I just wanted to let you know that I was showing my daughter how to cook a pork stir-fry last week with meat which I had bought from a supermarket. At one point I had to explain to my daughter that the pork was now no longer frying because it was boiling in all the water that had come out of the meat. This meant I had to put the meat in a collander to drain before putting it back in the frying pan to brown. This week I used your diced pork for the same stir-fry recipe and there was just no comparison. Your pork browned beautifully in a few minutes; there was no water in the pan, and it tasted absolutely delicious. I will never buy meat from a supermarket again. I am now on my fourth order and I am thrilled with the quality and the prices. I think it is actually a false economy to buy meat from a supermarket and the taste does not compare with the real thing!

Just bought some of this with the BOGOFF offer and am thrilled. Wish I'd bought a lot more than just the one lot! Taste is best I've ever known, no water came out when I fried it tonight for a stroganoff with mushrooms, onions & sour cream - totally delish!
