this gammon joint is the best value for money,,,,tastes brilliant no shrinkage or lots of white salted gunge when cooking,,,
have boiled it also roasted in the oven either way delicious,,,this will be on my table along with the clare barry turkey this christmas

We have tried lots of gammon joints before but none compare to the quality of the ones we received from ClareBarry. Will definitely be using them again and reccommending them to family and friends
