Ox liver is the most economical liver of all. It is coarse in texture with a strong, distinct flavour. Suited best to moist, slow cooking methods such as stewing or braising.

tasty ox liver onion and mush room (see more)
fry the ox liver in frying fan with little oil no flower for about 4mins each side ,drain of oil add gravy and sliced onion leave on low heat for 15mins then
add sliced mushrooms for 5mins then 3 tea spoons of mint sauce cook for 3mins high gas ,serve with mash potatos think i am going to cook now ,
