Used the first of the 2 on sunday, and it was delicious, the joint weighed just over a kg (2lb 2 oz in english!) so i cooked it for 1 hour and 25mins as i cannot bare beef overcooked....the taste was superb with the wonderful fat marble which it should have to give flavour, these are plenty for 2 people for us anyway but could go further depending, and with enough for sandwiches. Will be having these again.

i dont usually buy small joints of beef.but these were a good size and made a lovely roast.so tender.with a great flavour .love my clare barry roasts.
