Hi all I have to say these joints in the roasting selection box are just yum... little fat and grissle, so tender and full of flavour, tender and a pure delight. Another key thing i've found is unlike supermarkets, the meat joints don't tend to shrink by anything at all..... they retain almost there packaged size. I'll definatly be ordering these again....
