2 Topside Roll Roast Joints
Oven ready fresh British beef topside joints
Taken from the hindquarter topside is a large, lean boneless cut of roasting beef. With little marbling and a fine-grained texture this cut is ideal for roasting. As all our British farm beef this joint is very tender and can be carved into lean slices. This rolls comes with a self basted layer which keeps in moisture while roasting.
