We had a turkey for christmas but also had some for new year and each time there was no waist, it was delicious even impressed the mother inlaw who's always paid 4 times what the turkey cost us. Moist and full of flavour. Fantastic item.

Ive been ordering from clarebarry for a while and been delighted with the quality so I thought Id risk getting the turkey crown for Christmas day. The delivery was right on time (much to my relief) and the turkey was the best ever. (I normally order a £50+ free range bird from the butcher) The result was moist flavourful turkey, really easy to carve and definately 12 adult portions. A pleasure to cook and to eat.
Do watch out though because the weight of this crown is 2.2kg and the cooking times on the site at christmas were for a 1.8kg crown.
