A wonderful roasting joint from the forequarter that has a slightly sweet flavour. This cut is perfect for roasting. This joint is naturally moist and is often found to be a butchers favourite.
This joint can be cut into 2 half joints at no extra cost if you require. Simply select "Cut into 2" from the product option menu above.
