Any retailer can tell you about their values, quality of produce and what they think of their own customer service. But regular messages of thanks from satisfied shoppers speak louder.

I just wanted to let you know that I was showing my daughter how to cook a pork stir-fry last week with meat which I had bought from a supermarket. At one point I had to explain to my daughter that the pork was now no longer frying because it was boiling in all the water that had come out of the meat.
This meant I had to put the meat in a colander to drain before putting it back in the frying pan to brown. This week I used your diced pork for the same stir-fry recipe and there was just no comparison.
Your pork browned beautifully in a few minutes; there was no water in the pan, and it tasted absolutely delicious. I will never buy meat from a supermarket again. I am now on my fourth order and I am thrilled with the quality and the prices. I think it is actually a false economy to buy meat from a supermarket and the taste does not compare with the real thing!

I received my first order today and would just like to say thanks for a so far wonderful service. I have to complement you on your packaging and have to say that when I opened the box at 5:00 this afternoon the meat was nicely chilled and looked superb. I can't wait to taste it. Thanks again David

We received your fillet steak parcel and we are very pleased to say that each, that we have eaten was delicious, we ordered two packs of six so when they have all been consumed we will certainly be ordering some more.

Just want to say thank you for the excellent service I received. I was worried about ordering fillet steak online and at that price I thought it sounded too good to be true. Congratulations on the quality of your meat, the hygiene, the packaging and the promptness of your delivery (16 hours to reach north east of Scotland). I rate the quality of the meat highly in comparison to our Aberdeen Angus as the taste I cannot fault. This is one very satisfied customer who will most certainly be re-ordering.
